Have you ever noticed how important rhythm is to your daily life.  We find rhythm in all kinds of music, we are encouraged by doctors to keep a rhythm in in sleep and eating schedule, athletes are trained to have a rhythm to their breathing…  During this three week series we will be looking at how rhythm can help in our prayer life, our worship time and our service to the Lord.
